Invitational Golf Tournament
When: Monday May 12th, 2008 (Day after Mother’s Day)
Registration and Chipping Contest begin at 10:30 AM
“Shotgun Start” – 12:30 PM SHARP!
Where: Oak Valley Golf Club
1888 Golf Club Drive, Beaumont, CA 92223
Format: “Florida Scramble Foursome”
Purpose: Capital improvements of the El Carmelo Retreat House
Entrance Fee: $100.00 per person (includes $1.00 for the Hole-In-One Pot)
• Entrance fee must accompany entrance form
• Tournament limited to 144 golfers!
• Singles and Twosomes welcome.
Prizes:
• 50/50 Putting Contest – 10:30 AM (3 balls for $5)
• Hole-In-One - $500.00
• 50/50 Circle ($5 entry fee)
• Champion’s Longest Drive (Players 65 and older)
• Men’s Longest Drive (Players 64 and under)
• 50/50 Reverse Raffle - $1000.00 prize
($20.00 per square, 100 squares)
PLUS - Plenty of great raffle prizes!
Bring a check and pay for your tax deductible Mulligan’s,
raffle tickets, and 50/50 squares all at once!

Immediately following the tournament all of the participants return to the El Carmelo Retreat House for a “Happy Hour” (6 – 7 PM) – to check their “swing” on video – and an “All You Can Eat” buffet of Barbeque Beef and Turkey (of course with all of the fixin’s) at 7:00 PM.
